Returns Policy

Our Standard Return Policy

Goods can be returned if notification is given to Cassielle within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Goods must then be returned within 14 days after notification.

Refunds

A full refund will be given if the goods are returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in a state where they can be resold.

Refunds and Credit processing

Credit will be applied to the original payment method used to purchase the goods. This will normally be processed within 14 days after your goods have been received and approved.

It is not possible for a refund to be applied to another payment method – it must be the original payment card or PayPal account used to buy the goods.

No refund will be given if:

It was known the goods were faulty when bought.

If the goods have been damaged trying to repair them or getting someone else to do it.

The goods are no longer wanted unless bought without seeing them.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
